Licensure Supervision
Weekly clinical supervision is offered to LMSWs working toward LISW licensure, providing structured, one-hour sessions focused on advancing clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and professional development. Supervision is grounded in a trauma-informed, systems-based approach and includes case consultation, treatment planning, documentation review, and application of the NASW Code of Ethics. This service supports clinicians in preparing for independent practice.

Consultation Lunch & Learn
A relaxed, collaborative space for clinicians to gather, share cases, and explore clinical and professional topics over lunch. These sessions are held on the last Friday of each month, focusing on practical skill-building, peer support, and real-world application, creating an accessible way to stay connected, grow professionally, and learn from others in the field.

Life Coaching Services
Designed for providers and individuals seeking guidance in identifying their next steps and clarifying their direction in the workforce or life overall. These services focus on practical, actionable strategies and goal-setting support, rather than therapy, helping individuals move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
